At TBC Consignment, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our curated fashion pieces. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all TBC security tags remain attached and intact to qualify for a return.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Credit

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your store credit or exchange will be processed and emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
